My boyfriend has a 2 1/2 year old son. We have been together for two years now. The mother of the child does whatever she wants and gives no reason when she denies visitation rights.
She will follow my boyfriend around when he has the baby, and if I am around she will come and take the baby and not let him see him for weeks at a time.
I have heard that if a mother is in contempt of court so many times the father can get custody?
She is now contempt of court 41 times THIS year.
He just sent in the papers last week. Any ideas on the custody question? PLEASE HELP!
