Contacts no longer synching on E72 - MFE

My Contacts are no longer synching on my E72. I use Mail for Exchange to synch with work email server. Not sure when this started, but I know it used to work, I have contacts on phone from server, but when adding new, or modifying existing, the phone does not synch changes.

I'm running 031.023.244.02 firmware on E72-2 in USA.

Any help or direction would be appreciated.
