I am 36 and a female with two kids. For the past 14 months I'm experiencing constant pain in my stomach under left ribcage, bad breath, constipation, bloating and excessive belching that goes worse at night. This pain varies from a mild sore to an excruciating and throbing attack in which i cant sit straight and feel short of breath. The pain is usually food quantity related and the severe attack happens only when I over eat regardless of what type of meal has been taken. I was prescribed Losec which didnt help rather gave me watery stools and a problem of belching, then was prescribed Zantac that sometimes help and has at least make my stool soft but has no affect on stomach pain. The recent attack of extreme pain happened this morning that woke me up at around 9.00am, it lasted an hour. During which the only thing that comforted me a little was belching. I was also feeling numbness in my left arm the night before. I still feel the area is sore, also experiencing burning, indigestion and excessive burbs.
I also have a medical history of gall stones and one gallbladder attack two years back (the type of pain was different localising the area under my right ripcage and used to come in waves with a feeling of nausea.
Ithink I've seen blood in my morning urine several times but the test turned out -ve the only time i gave the sample. My other blood tests and ultrasound was normal. Kindly help me how to go about so i get my problem diagnosed.
