my leg has been feeling tired for the past 2 days (as if i have been exercising) the thing is i have been exercising at all.. i've been sitting and typing on the computer for the past few days..
yesterday my upper thigh muscles felt tired and a bit tight.. and now its at my knee and ankle.. when i stand and walk it feels more and more tired but when i sit the feeling is still there. the only time it feels better is if i stretch out my legs on the bed and tighten my muscles...
is this something to worry about? or just that i need more exercise?
