Constant shoulder blade pain

Good Afternoon,
I am hoping that someone will be able to help me. I am an active 23 year old female with a 1 year old daughter. Over the past 5 years i have had a constant burning/knife stabbing pain in my right shoulder blade. I also have several knots. I have been seeing a chiropractor for over a month now, and nothing is helping. I have had xrays and a recent MRI. The MRI showed a small trace of bursitis but that was on my shoulder, not the shoulder blade region. My xray had showed a translucent lesion on my humerous, but that was negative on the MRI report saying that it was fatty bone marrow.
First of all, I am wondering if I should go for a second opinion on that? and secondly, the MRI was focused only on the humerous and shoulder, not the scapula area (shoulder blade). The knots on the right blade are very tender and are always making a snapping/popping sound when i extend my shoulder back. Exercising is not helping, neither is massage or ultrasound. Anyone have any opinions? Please help:confused:

it sounds as if it may be referred pain from the gall bladder. if you can get an ultrasound of the gall bladder you may find that is the problem. i'm sorry you have had this so long and no one had suggested this.
