I have been constantly dizzy for about two months. The dizziness ranges from mild to severe but my balance always seems to be "off." I have one to two episodes per week where my dizziness increases and my energy goes to zero. When this happens it is difficult to make normal body and head movements without considerable effort. Also, my speech slows down and often I must deliberately THINK to come up with the next word I want to say. I don't necessarily slur my speech, but it is very slow and weak. It feels like I am drunk. I am always aware of my surroundings and what is going on but become very slow. Twice both of my arms and hanRAB have become nurab and tingly along with my tongue and front of my neck. The first episode lasted about 20 minutes then I began to recover. The second time I felt pretty severe symptoms for about 30 minutes but did not fully recover for about 3 hours. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason to when I have these episodes. I can be standing, sitting, fasting, eating, etc. I have gone through EKG, CT scan, lots of blood work, and a glucose tolerance test and everything comes back fine. Paramedics took my blood sugar during one episode and my doctor took my blood sugar during an episode during a doctor visit. Both times it was 100. There is no history of anything like this in my family and I am at a loss, as is my doctor. I am a 43 year old male with no significant health issues...until this one of course! any ideas?
