I'm looking for a compnay for some type of combo loan?
I have 2 mortgages, 1 Heloc, and 2 Credit Cards.
Between these 5 payments I'm looking at $215,000.00
Mort #1 $122K Balance, property is worth aprox $160K
Mort# 2 $55K Balance, property is worth aprox $110K
Heloc is $25K
2 Credit cards equal about $11K
Is there a bank out there that would give me one consolidation loan to wrap all these up? I would save a bunch!
My credit ranges from 690-760
Can anyone help me???
