I have been experiencing some foot pain in my right foot, particularly in the middle/arch of my foot! I have consistent camps in my arch and they are very painful, I also touched the bottom of my foot today in the arch and it sent a singeing pain down my foot! In order to try to relieve the cramp i tried stepping flat and pulling my toes back none of which relieved the pain. I work at a place where sitting is frowned upon so at the end of the day my foot is killing me. What is wrong, What should i do?
