...going to survive much longer? Seriously, some of the answers I've seen are pretty pathetic. Why are Japanese and European kids lightyears ahead of us intellectually? How can a country with the no. 1 economy in the world maintain itself with such low performance? What should be done both in Congress and culturally to bring ourselves out of this rut we're in?
