Considering getting butt argumentation. Is it cheaper and safer to get it in India,

Brazil or Columbia? Requesting butt argumentation where they remove fat from my stomach to my butt. I want a butt like the porn star Pinky. (Round and Full). Don't have alot of funds but have been told Brazil is cheaper not as safe but India is cheap and safe. Is this true? Need advice and still looking into all options. Just may stay in US to have it done.
 
Im pretty sure porn star Pinky doesnt have scars from operation on her full, round ass or on her nice, flat stomach. Its really not worth it, your just ruining your body, specially if your desire to spend less money that can mess you up badd if it isnt done right.
 
First off, just don't do the surgery. Really, getting cut on to change your body is pointless.

But if you insist on it, don't bother going to far away lands to save money. Sure, the operation is expensive in the US, but making the trip to India or Brazil will be very expensive too, and you'll have to stay a while to recover, so it's not a day trip.
