I don't know if my fair's the only one. I'm sure it's not, but at my fair they judge chicken eggs. You enter half a dozen eggs in, and then they're judged. And so I'm here asking this question because I'm wondering if anyone might know how they judge them? I'm thinking maybe they look at the outside, and then look at the yolk and egg white. Those are only guesses though. And I would like actual information if possible.
