Hello. I am considering buying a 1998 Honda Civic with a rebuilt title off of craigslist. The thing is though, I more or less know the risks involved in purchasing a rebuilt title.
I was just wondering if anyone has experience with purchasing such vehicles, and if anyone could look at the vehicle and tell me what they think about it. I also have an email from the seller as well which describes what happened to the vehicle.

Email from seller: "The car drives excellent, starts excellent. The damage from the accident was only to the front passenger corner headlight, some of the bumper, and denting to the passenger door. All damage been fully repaired, which is why this is a rebuilt title on this vehicle. There was absolutely no frame damage, there is no effects and was no effects to its driveability, we never touched th engine for repairs, and ha driving it for a couple months, putting nearly 2000 miles on it since its rebuild with no issues whatsoever."
