With all the talk about fiscal responsibility on the part of Conservatives this should be an area of commonality between Democrats and Republicans.
I'm proposing that fiscal responsibility should apply to all sectors of government spending and that defense contractors should not be a sacred cow. If the Pentagon doesn't want a particular kind of ordinance then that ordinance should not be funded.
