I've installed the Nokia PC Suite & it says in the manual to select from one of the following modes on the phone... PC Suite, Mass Storage, Image Transfer or Media Transfer. When I plug the phone in I get these options... Mass Storage, Webcam or COM port. None of them work I just get a message on the computer saying troubleshoot... anyone know I can get the option to click PC Suite on the phone?
