Hey I was just wondering if any one knew if it is a restaurant health code violation in connecticut to apply lip balm while in the dining area. My manager chastised me for doing so at work, and it seems a little off to me. So I'm just curious to know if it's actually true or if she's just making up things to yell at me for.
