Connect Phillips Home Theater HTS3372D to 42" Panasonic Plasma HDTV?

I have a 42" Panasonic Plasma HDTV (model TCP42U2) and a Phillips Home Theater system (model HTS3372D). There are two different digital audio inputs/outputs, one on each system. What cable could I use to connect the two systems? I want to have the surround sound for my regular TV and for my Xbox 360. I will be happy to send pictures of the two audio input/output connections on each system to anybody that thinks they can help. Thanks! =P
