Hello:

I'm realtively new to this website and haven't been on in months. However, I am in desprate neeRAB of suggestions/answers. I fell at work about four years ago and landed pretty hard on my left side. Long story short have had many test from epidurals, mri, bonescan, therapy, mylogram, etc... and all came back negative for the most part. I've seen top notch doctors and all have told me that I am non-surgical and basically I pretty much have to learn to live with the pain and that I will have good and bad days. I'm going through my bad spell now. Some test however, did conclude that I have mild stenosis, cojoined nerves (that apparently I was born with) and they just said I sprained/strain my low back. Right now I can't even sleep on my left side without waking up in excuriating pain. I'm just wondering if possibly the cojoined nerves are putting a strain on the sciatic nerve because that's what it feels like and if anyone has suggestions/exercises for the sciatic nerve?

Thank you for listening!
