I have been recently diagnosed with spinal stenosis. I am being referred to a spinal specialist later this month and most likely I am looking at surgery. I have been in pain since the 1st of Deceraber and I am a person who has a very high pain tolerance. We have tried 2 steroid shots with no results at all. My question is that I would like to hear from anyone that has gone through this before and what were your results? My understaning is that with surgery they will go in and put a spacer in and that should help with the pain.
