Congenital disese with defect in spine development?

I have developed a knockout mice of a specific gene that exhibit defect in spine development. Form the X-ray it appears that there is an extra sacral vertebrae with severely deformed caudal vertebrae (tail). I like to relate this to an existing disease; does any one know genetic disease that this may resemble?
