Hi my name is jonathan six and I'm 21 years old. I'm really worried about my health situation and planning on going to see a doctor very soon about it but I was hoping that maybe I could find some help or at least some information on the web. Lately I have been experiencing strange things with my brain lol. Earlier today while I was at work I got a sudden tingling on the left side of my head and was overwhelmed by a sudden feeling of weakness and confusion. I was reading some stuff on here a little bit ago about it possibly being swollen nerves in my body because I do often temporarily lose hearing on the side and it does seem abit weaker even tho i am left handed. About two years ago I also sudden what I think was a heart attack by doing 4 stacker 2 yellow jacket caffeine pills and drinking two monster energy drinks. The doctors at the local hospital told me basically nothing had happened to me...which is B.S. Because ever since that day I have had wicked anxiety problems and was there since diagnosed with bi-polar disorder ( I believe I was wrongfully diagnosed with that). Also since then my heart has been messed up. I never got to find out what was wrong with my heart...I got an ectocardiogram (sonogram of the heart) but never received the results because I ran out of insurance and to be honest was just a dumb teenager and never called. They only thing I can think is that I have burned a hole in my heart with all of that caffeine. I have been told that I am a bit of a hypochondriac but I know I feel these things and they are scary and a bit painful. So after dealing with these pains in my heart and other pains I am finally concerned enough after tonight scare that I am desperate for any answers. I really hope someone has something for me. I also hope I posted this in the right place I'm currently on my cell phone so the screen isn't big and I cannot do certain things on here lol. But the first thing that popped in my mind tonight after that happen was some kind of minor stroke or something. Well if anyone on here has any sort of answers for me on any of these problems I would be more than happy to hear them. I appreciate you guys for reading,thanks.

Sounds to me like an inner ear infection/inflammation called Labyrinthitis. The infection itself only lasts a few weeks but the tingly scalp sensations, hearing problems, dizziness, strange anxiety, balance problems - a bunch of weird symptoms - can go on for months after the virus is gone.
Caffeine won't burn a hole in your heart, it will raise your blood pressure and temporarily give you tachycardia. I'd be less worried about the caffeine and more concern about all the "herbal" crap they put in those drinks.
