Confused in what to look for when buying a car amp... Watts, Db, THD?

So I see a lot of good amps but I get kinda confused in which would sound better and louder. For example I dont know which is best between: (A) an amp that has 900 RMS (watts) with 98 Db (signal to noise ratios) and (B) an amp that has 800 RMS with 100 Db. Which one of these is better? Also is the THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) important. Like is there a big of a difernce between .01% THD and .04% THD
