Alright, here is my dillema. I currently switch between my Motorola V635 and my T-Mobile Sidekick II. Now that the Sidekick III has come out and has some features that the V635 has like mp3 player, bluetooth capabilities and the mini-sd card I'm debating about whether or not to get the Sidekick III. The QWERTY keyboard on the Sidekick II/III is awesome for messaging which is something I do pretty frequently leaving my Sidekick II on AIM almost all day. Also surfing the internet on the sidekick is quicker then most phones and they say the Sidekick III is a lot faster of an upgrade from the Sidekick II. I do use my Sidekick II more than the V635 and I think thats just because I got the Sidekick II after I purchased my V635. The thing about the V635 is that it is way more flexible then any Sidekick. You're not restricted to a catalog to get software/ringtones on yourself. With all the MP's out you can really do a lot with your V635. Also the camera on the V635 looks much better then the camera on the Sidekick III. I know there are MP's out for the V635 that give you access to AIM and messenging services, but I haven't really gotten to see how good they actually work and if they are similar to the sidekick. Size really isn't much of a thing for me, but I'm looking for the overall better buy. I don't feel like dropping $400 on a Sidekick III if it's not necessarily going to help me much since I have a Bluetooth, MP3, Video and Messaging phone already with the proper firmware upgrades. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
