.:Confused About X65 TP:.

Hi everyone! I'm working on mobile repairing for many days. But new in Siemens Flashing. I bought a Siemens USB2Com cable, which has three output wire.
1. CX 65
2. A31
3. A thin wire with a needle on top

I've learned that the X65 testpoint must be connected to ground with a 10-50 Ohm resistor. With PapuaUtils I want to flash it. Someone said me that there need no testpoint. You just touch the the point with that needle.
Coufused.
Can anyone help me?
 
Man with papuas you can calculate keys but for flash u must use X65 flasher
