Confused about some 'spots'.

I have what looks like severe acne spots on the side of my jaw. The problem is I don't have acne, and they aren't like normal spots. They are really really red, and they are very sore and itchy. I've had them for about 6 months. The itchiness and soreness comes and goes but they redness and appearance stays the same.

I haven't changed any of my cosmetics, or skincare regime, so I don't know what it could be. It looks hideous, and it really getting to me.

Any ideas what it could be?
 
I really don't know and you probably should go to a Dr...but it sounRAB like psoriasis....google it and click on images...to see if you can identify with it.
