If you had sex on 5th but period due on 9th or 10th then you won't be pregnant, as a woman does not ovulate only 4 days before her period is due. In the rare cases that she does she has what is a called a luteal phase defect, meaning the time from ovulation to her period is too short to allow a pregnancy- it has to be a minimum of 10 days in order to achieve a pregnancy.
Sorry honey but if this was the only date of sex I don't think you're pregnant.
