Basically, I'm 17 and I've been riding a 50cc moped on a provisional license for over a year and I would really like to upgrade to a 125cc, which I am under the impression I can do after a year as long as its learner legal. However, I have my eye on a hyosung GT125R... it's a 125 but I don't think it's learner legal...
Can I ride this bike? and if not, I am 18 soon, can I do my full bike license when I a 18 and ride it then? I have found so many confusing websites that ramble about 'fast tracks' for over 21s etc but none seem to apply to me
