Confused about Adobe Flash?

I just want to make a soundboard using Flash (on a Mac). I went to Adobe's web site but it's so confusing. There are all these different Flash "suites" and stuff but all I need is the cheapest one that will allow me to make a soundboard.
 
Any adobe flash will make a sound board but its going to cost you quite a bit, I think they only offer you CS4 to buy at the moment and that cost a lot (£399 or there abouts) and that is a lot to spend just to make a soundboard, if your just doing it for the funzies i suggest you dont buy it.

your options : pay lots / dont do it / download illegaly / find freeware that does it (I don't know of any)
