I am separated from my husband with one child he has access to our 3 years old child. however due to his drug abuse I took him to court and the following is the order given by court:
1)defendant shall submit to a drug test before friday sep 18,. if the defendant is drug free he can access to the child on the 18th, 19th and 22nd of september. defendant has to provide plaintif a copy of authentic copy of the test results.
2) the defendant shall submit to a drug test before the 25th day of september 2009. if he is tested drug free he is entitled access to the child on the 25th, 26th and 29th of september. defendant shall submit a copy to plaintiff.
now my ex husband did bring negative a drug test result today (sep 22). the doctor note says the drug test for september 21st was negative. based on the order i did not give the child to him as for today he had to give me a test result before sep 18th. my question is that is he entitled to have access for september 25, 26 and 29th while he only provided one drug test result other than two? i guess one purpose of the order was that he do a drug test once per week? also i am hundred percent sure that he is addicted and don't trust this test result. any idea?
