I made an appointment with the manager of our condo to review finance documents , since I am a unit owner it is my legal right to see them , she let me to see some documents and when I asked for a condo fee history of 5 board members , she refused to show it to me , she said it is illigal for me to know the check number of other unit owner , I told her how I am supposed to know if they are paying like others and she told me you just have to trust me !!!!! by the way she locked the door while I was over there and the manager and one board member was kind of harrasing me , talking to so loudly and when I tried to unlock the door she locked it again , I told them that they will be better off to lower their voice since I am recording their disgusting voice and they both jumped and removed all documents from the front of me and told me you have no permission to record us and I left which it was 1 hour earlier that the time they told me my appointment is over , I just bluffed them I did not record them . I am living in Nj . I am sure these solo manager who dose not have lisence and those 5 board members are all together to rip us off , the board member does not pay their condo fees , assessment fees and they hit us each year with special asessment fee . what can I do ??? plz help . I tried to get in to the board election but they somehow got their selected board members and got vote by some mysterious proxies they recieved by fax !! IT is like a mafia in here
