condenser mic found in washer. Is it dead?

Ok, never-mind how it got there, but today I found my AT4050 large diaphragm condenser IN the washer AFTER a load was done. So, my favorite vocal mic (with mount) completed a full wash cycle.

How dead is my mic? And can I sue my x-girlfriend for deliberate destruction of property?
