conctact numbers not found in blackberry...?

how does this work in blackberry 8900

i know i saved some number in my contact list in the past..

when i tried to browse the contact list, i dont see those number..

but when i tried to dial it, its recognizing it with the contact name i saved it..

if thats the case, why cant i find it under contact list...

how to get those appear back in contact list..
