concerns/problem when doing exercise workouts?

just wondering when i am doing push-ups sit-ups at about 15counts i always gets dizzy & confused.. i think i am breathing the right way though, inhale at the more power.... same with other reps exercise

and after workouts... how much time to rest before you can take a bath.. they said if you take a bath after such activity or work you will be something like paralyze/stun/vibrate body whats the right term for that?

lastly, whats the best forum/site to discuss workout/exercise topics?
