Concerning my daughter's permanent resident status.?

I came to the states back in 1975 and I later received my LPR along with my wife in 1985. At the time we had our 2 yr daughter with us who also attained her LPR at the age of 10. Within the years my wife and I had 5 other children. By 1993 my wife and I became Naturalized U.S. citizens. However, my oldest daughter had not been aware that she was not a U.S. citizen as of yet. She later left home to live on her own and got married and had two girls. She did not acknowledge her LPR status. Even after she married her husband at the time was a born citizen but her status here in the U.S. remained the same because she missed her naturalization appointments more than once. A few years later they separated. However my daughter had an accident with her oldest daughter and she was arrested and accused of child abuse. She was released on house arrest but 6 mos later she revived a violation of probation due to an emergency hospital visit. My daughter unfortunately served almost 3 years in prison. She was released 2 yrs ago on a time served basis. Since then she has not gotten into any more criminal issues nor is she trying to get in any more legal trouble. The experienced left her scared but aside from her credibility being ruined. She currently is living in the state of NY and she has to attain her NYS I.D along renew her LPR because she had her LPR and I.D. stolen with her wallet on a public train.

I realize this is a lengthy explanation but my daughters LPR status concerns me when she goes to apply for a duplicate/new card. My concern is wether or not she will be deported and could the help of an immigration attorney help? Also being that she is a mother of two girls that love her dearly and having all her family here in the United States, is this something that will help her as well? Moreover she has never had any priors aside from this incident and she is a dedicated hard worker. Will any of these factors help her? Is there anything that can be done to help my daughter? Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
