conceive plus V.S pre-seed?

so my hubby and i have hued that these two lubrication's help increase chances of pregnancy i was jw which is best, or are they Pretty much the same.
 
I have read reviews online for pre-seed and it seems that 85% of the women that post their reviews ended up pregnant. But they will only help if you are dry down there and you don't have a lot of the egg white discharge during your fertile days, they will not increase your chance of pregnancy if you do not have an issue.
