Computer wont boot up after ASUS Bios update and flash. HELP!!?

I have a asus P5K motherboard and i ran a bios update within windows through asus update utility. It had filed the flash stage. Now when i start my computer it turns on and off the computer turns on but the bios wont boot and the computer keeps restarting. I know i trashed my bios but is there a way that i can fix it a restore default bios? I resetted the CMOS by taking out the battery for a couple of minutes multiple times and The computer still turns on for about 2-4 seconds and restarts over and over with no boot up of bios
 
Your flash ROM is dead that the BIOS is saved to. Recover it with ASUS crashfree BIOS (as listed in your mobo manual). Otherewise, send it back to ASUS for a ROM replacement, or buy a new motherboard.

Only update the BIOS when you HAVE to. Not because there is an update.
