Computer sub in a car?

I have a 1998 ford ranger... The stereo system is stock and is in perfect condition. I also have an 251 Altec Lansing computer sub woofer that really packs a punch... I was wondering if I could hook it up in the truck without to much wiring.... and I wouldn't mind taking out one of the the back speakers if I have to.......how would I do it?? I'd really like to find a way to do this instead of having to buy a sub and what not.....Anyone????

your going to need a few things to get this to work.. a power inverter, a line out converter to take the speaker level down to the rca type and then a rca female plug to an 1/8in stereo "headphone type" plug to go into the back of the sub.. way too much work and money if you ask me
