Computer screen flashing non-stop!!?

I have a laptop and about a month ago it started flashing, but it went away, for the last two days however, it is flashing non-stop. Can anybody tell me what could be? I read something about graphic drivers -what is that?

How do I unistall mine and get a new one and how do I know which one I should get?
