Computer not Recognizing new headset?

I just bought a Plantronics Gamecom 367 Headset, and the mic and Headphones work fine.. but no where under my computer settings is it reading a "Plantronics" headset or mic, i think its just using default sound, the guy at the store says it works with vista and on the box for the headset it says blablabla works with Windows, so any 1 know the problem?
