Computer Language?

Hi, my computer language/font just changed like randomly after i played the matrix. I cannot change it back even after doing system restore and changing the language inside control panel can some pro please help me thanks. U need first to try to go to safemode and change the language settings from there
Also its good idea to run the latest antiviruse updated version at ur pc.
