You could go through the Program Files folder and look through your browser. Or if you set up a restore point from before you lost what you want then, you go to the control panel and click system restore.
Also, if you have a lot of money there is software that can find the deleted history as long as you didn't fill up your hard disk. It can recover stuff that wasn't "pushed" off of the disk.
