Computer Help, How do I uninstall this game on my laptop?

So I wanna uninstall my Oblivion game on my laptop then reinstall it, but when I go to my game menu, I click Uninstall, then it tells me that My Oblivion cannot find the uninstaller launcher or something, then it says find the Setup.exe place. I dont know how to use laptops that well, and when I go to my Programs, I can't uninstall it there because it won't even react!? Help
 
Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> find your game in the list -> click the game -> click the uninstall button

If this doesn't work just go and delete the folder's game
