Computer games on windows mobile?

Ok, i got a smartphone with windows mobile 6 on it,

i used to play need for speed 3 on win 98 when i was little, and that computer only had like 32mb of ram and a very low end CPU,

so can i put need for speed on my phone wich also runs windows, do you think it would run it? or how i would go about installing it to try it?
 
im not sure about all that but you can always check out fpsece.net its a free playstation emulator which works great! i play need for speed final fantasy 6 7 and 9 and all the spyro games right on my phone
