Computer Game not loading/opening? (Magic the Gathering: Duels of the Planeswalkers)?

I just found Magic the Gathering: Duels of the Planeswalkers, and I just installed it on my computer. Everything checks out fine. But it won't OPEN! It installs no problem, but it just... won't... open.

I have Windows 7. Could that be the problem??
