Computer Engineering, System Engineering, A+/Net+?

Hello! What's the difference between Computer Engineer and System Engineer. I'm still confused what should I major in. I want to work in intel or amd or any company that builds/invents computer components especially processors. So which one should I pick comp engineering or sys engineering? Also would A+ and Net+ certifications be credited or helpful if I want to take either of the two courses?
