Well, I as soon as I turn on my Wi-Fi on my HP Compaq Notebook 6735s what happens is that there is an error message that comes up that says 'ERROR Unable to start Bluetooth stack service. I am thinking of going to Broadcom and downloading an update but I am not sure what to do. Please make it simple because the computer is not mine.
Sorry about that, I meant the Broadcom 802.11 adapter and it has Bluetooth built-in but the service will not start. I need a quick answer as I want it to get fixed quickly. Do I get an update from Broadcom website?
