Hi all,
I'm 19 and have no job skill. I've applied to about 20 places in my town that are entry level jobs or like chain restaurants and none of them have called me back or anything. Maybe it was because they werent even hiring but i dunno. I dont have any job experience but I do have good volunteer experience because it was all I could get so I have all my volunteer experience on my resume.
My question is this :
I enjoy computers and I would say im fairly soft with usage and software but not that great with hardware. I've only installed RAM, PSU, Graphics Card on my personal computer. The mobo and CPU i left to a professional.
So this was my idea, since I cant find a job right now because i've applied to pretty much every place in town in the mall. Should I call local computer repair shops and try to get them to hire me under an apprenticeship and have them teach me how to repair computers and stuff because I have a solid foundation to start with, since I'm not completely clueless with computers. I thought I would try any computer repair shops in my town and see what they say.
What do you guys think?
