Here's the problem, every time I try to send something using bluetooth from my phone to my iMac, a message comes up, its says I need to restart the computer, and now I cant send anything from my iMac to my phone, it keeps saying failed, my bluetooth stick is blue and easy to use, I got 20 new songs on my PC and i need to get them on my phone because I'm going to wales and I'll need music, this is so annoying, I'm wondering if it's the bluetooth's fault or my computers, how do I know and I don't want to reset my computer because it has over 150+ important files, my bluetooth on my iMac is turned on and my phone bluetooth works. So help me, What could be the problem?
