Compressing files to make a iso image for psp on mac or windows Vista?

i downloaded a game (PSP) through the net and when i opened it up it has a PSP GAME folder and UMD DATA.BIN inside the psp game folder is a array of folders and .PNG images. There is a SYSDIR and a USRDIR folder how can i compress these to make a iso image? i have CDBurnerxp but when i click to save compilation as iso image it turns it into a rar file. ???? WOW im really stuck!! Please someone help!
