im gonna be quick here, i dropped out of college due to problems i had at the time and it forced me to move to another state. i left my mom in charge to talk to the loan people and see when i could start paying. i had a job but it was a crappy job but still i was able to make the loan payments if I had to. Apparently the loan company sent me mail saying i had to start paying or something. my mom withheld my mail, which means i never receieved those papers. so we get into an arguement about something unrelated and she called the loan company(because her name is on the acct so she can speak for me without my approval) and said something which put me out of default i think it is? so she purposely told them i could pay, and didnt tell me and ruined my credit. anything i can do legally to her because she messed up my life so bad? i HAD the money to begin paying off my loans but she completely screwed me...
