Complicated financial aid situation?

Ok so my situation is,

I filled out a 2009-2010 FAFSA for a college I applied (UTA) and was admitted under a special program in where I can only take two classes and must have a 2.5GPA to stay and be admitted for full time next semester. I qualified for a Pell Grant (2,000/yr) and the loans and the work-for-tuition thing (forgot the name) along with the school's special grant for the rest of tuition free.

Well during school, I started out good, but then over time it started getting more difficult when classes demanded more of my time when I was still trying to work at my job and in turn hurt my grades. Then towards the end, I cracked under stress and depression and didn't show up to either final and received F's for both courses and was dismissed.

After some time, I looked into other professions and got interested in Esthetology at a beauty school. I visited them and after visiting a few other schools, I decided to go with them. Now we're discussing about financial aid since beauty school costs a pretty penny.

Since I already received a federal pell grant for UTA for the 2009-2010 school year, but only used the first semester portion (since I was dismissed from attending spring semester), does that still mean I am not going to be able to qualify for any financial aid for the beauty school for the rest of this year and will have to wait for the 2010-2011 FAFSA?

Thanks for your time
Oh I forgot to say that I only accepted the free tuition program from the college and the federal pell grant, and rejected the rest.
